The terms and conditions for your stay have been sent via email and are available on the website, as well as on the back of your door. By checking in you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. There are clearly displayed charges for smoking, over occupancy and any damage caused. We really do try and keep the suites as tranquil an environment as possible, so we must bring to all guests attention a couple of main house rules.

1. The suites and studios are not intended as a venue for a gathering, or party. The majority of guests here are solo corporate travellers, or couples looking for a relaxing break. Any disturbance of the peaceful environment we have worked hard to create will result in immediate eviction. All costs incurred by security will be passed on to the lead guest.

2. Smoking, including e-cigarettes is not permitted. Even if your apartment has a roof terrace, all smokers must exit site to smoke. We also ask that if you have any issues, please do bring this to our attention, we would always prefer to try and solve a problem during your stay than have guests who check out unhappy. There is a member of staff on call, and a security company available to help.

Large Groups & Parties

We do not take bookings from large groups or parties. We cannot accommodate gatherings or groups of any kind. We are very vigilant and have monitored CCTV, so please be aware that you will be asked to leave Heritage with no refund if you do not comply with our rules.

Guest's comfort is our top priority and our guest's return to Heritage for a relaxing, tranquil stay. We are sad that we have had to put these rules in place however due to a couple of recent incidents, it is a necessary step we have decided to take.
